Description: 

The training will cover the biology of rabbits and moles providing an understanding of the reasons why they need to be controlled, legislation associated with rabbits and moles that you need to be aware of when controlling them, the types of non-chemical methods available to control rabbits and moles and when it would be appropriate to use each method, this will be encompassed with practical activities during the training.

The training is suitable to learners new to trapping rabbits and moles or anyone who wishes to develop their skills further in the techniques used to trap rabbits and moles effectively.

§  The importance and biology of rabbits

§  The importance and biology of moles

§  The legislation associated with rabbit and mole control

§  The use of physical methods in rabbit and mole control
